I'm really excited to share my newest article, 5 Signs It's Time to Leave Your Company, has been published on Golden Key Academy. This is my first contribution to the platform as a Thought Leader.
I became a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society back in 2014 while I was entering my final year at the University of Windsor. I remember being so excited to receive my invitation in the mail and how proud I was to be recognized for my academic success in this way. I was still undiagnosed with ADHD at this time, so being recognized for my achievements in school really meant a lot to me.
The topic of this article is really important to me, and not just because we're in the middle of the Great Resignation. Knowing when to say goodbye to your workplace is something I've really been reflecting on over the last few years. I lost my job back in 2019 and, as devastated and stressed as I was, I realized I hadn't truly been happy leading up to that moment. If I had known what I know now, I would've left A LOT sooner.
